Regional Manager – Dallas-Fort Worth
Kaizen Waste | Full-time | Starts early November 2026

Kaizen Waste provides valet trash and property services to multifamily communities. We're expanding into Dallas-Fort Worth and need a Regional Manager to build the DFW operation from the first property up.

This is a hands-on role. You'll start by running nightly collection yourself on one property, then hire and manage the team as we scale to 8 properties across DFW by March of 2027.

What you'll do

• Weeks 1–2: paid training on nightly service, standards, and the Kaizen Waste tech platform.
• November: run nightly collection on the first DFW property.
• November–December: recruit, hire, and train valets for each new property as it launches.
• Ongoing: manage runners nightly, including attendance, quality checks, and coverage when someone calls out.
• Deliver equipment and maintain inventory across all properties.
• Report nightly completion and issues through WasteOS.

Schedule

• 7 days per week. Hours are light at launch and grow as properties come online.
• Nightly shifts start at 7:00 PM, end times will vary with property occupancies and speed of on-site teams.
• Daytime hours vary: deliveries, property visits, hiring.

What we're looking for

• Experience leading hourly or field teams; valet trash, property services, or route-based work is a plus.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license; comfortable hauling equipment. Pickup truck strongly encouraged and eligible for additional compensation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet outdoors in all weather.
• Organized and accountable. You track the details and follow through.
• Comfortable with a phone-based app for scheduling and reporting.
• Based in or able to relocate to the DFW area.

Compensation

• $500/week guaranteed to start, with increases as each property launches
• Hourly, with overtime paid for hours over 40/week
• Paid training
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
