Role Overview

Sales leadership role to a direct team of 4 and an overall team of 25+

This role will also have a focus on business development and relationship management.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop the team, working closely with TL's and staff across 2 sites - Geelong and Ballarat
• Own the regional P&L, sales budget and gross margin
• Drive new business across healthcare channels - community, rehab and aged care
• Spend time in the field with key customers and support your reps on strategic sales opportunities.
• Work closely with service, operations, customer service and finance to deliver a great customer experience

Skills Required

• Proven sales management experience
• Business development experience – comfortable winning new customers as well as managing existing
• A background in healthcare, aged care, disability, rehab or medical equipment is highly regarded
• Experience with P&L, budget and margin accountability
• Capable sales leader to maintain and further grow a successful team, managing teams by personality and skill set.
• Based in Geelong or surrounds, with a current driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally
