Job Summary:

Researchayu is looking for an experienced Regional Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations across multiple clinics. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk teams, ensuring smooth clinic operations, maintaining service quality, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise Front Desk Admin teams across multiple clinics.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and manpower requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Oversee patient experience, appointment management, and front desk operations.
• Monitor inventory, petty cash, and administrative records.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Doctors, and Head Office.
• Conduct clinic visits, audits, and performance reviews.
