Regional Manager - HR

Key Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment and onboarding activities for regional manpower requirements.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR processes.
• Support performance management and goal-setting initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and HRMIS data accuracy.
• Coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
