REGIONAL MANAGER (PART-TIME) - Ripley, TN

United Dream Real Estate is growing! We are looking for a part-time Regional Manager to oversee our apartment community, Ridgecrest Estates, in Ripley, TN. The company is involved in the ownership and management of apartments, as well as construction of multi-family developments. This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, and candidates must live locally in the Ripley, TN area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Ridgecrest Estates, our Ripley apartment community, and support on-site staff

• Monitor occupancy, leasing, rent collections and delinquency, and help drive results

• Conduct regular property walks and inspections, and follow up on maintenance and make-readies

• Review work orders and coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors

• Help resolve resident concerns and escalated issues professionally

• Ensure compliance with Tennessee landlord-tenant law, fair housing laws and company policies

• Ensure compliance with affordable housing and voucher program requirements, where applicable

• Review property reports and help prepare weekly updates for ownership

• Train and support leasing and maintenance staff

• Participate in interviews and the processes of recruiting new employees

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Part-time, 20 hours per week

• Weekdays, flexible schedule

Experience:

• Property management experience required; regional or multi-site experience preferred

• Must have AppFolio experience

• Must live locally in the Ripley, TN area

Work Location:

• In person, Ripley, TN

Language:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
