What they need
Role & responsibilities
Monitor QA testing of milk & milk products across BMC/CC and packing stations
Ensure adherence to FSMS, FSSAI, AGMARK & EIA norms along with proper documentation
Implement and maintain plant hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness practices
Drive food safety management systems to ensure product integrity
Maintain accurate, timely quality data and reporting without deviations
Microbiology Excellence
Team Development
Maintain specifications for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products
Ensure calibration of testing equipment and adoption of updated lab methods
Continuously improve quality standards and processes
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors/Master’s in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
- 12–15 years in Quality Assurance within Dairy/Beverage/ FMCG industry
- Exposure to FSSAI, AGMARK, EIA standards & statutory compliance
- Strong experience in SOP implementation, audits, and quality systems
- Problem-solving attitude with continuous improvement mindset
- Willingness to frequently visit chilling centers and manufacturing stations
