• Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve sales and business targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the regional sales team for effective market coverage.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, farmers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product demand.
• Ensure effective product promotion, demonstration, and farmer engagement activities.
• Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, stock position, collection, and outstanding dues within the region.
• Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for smooth product supply and market operations.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and regional business plans.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, sales procedures, and promotional programs.
• Conduct regular field visits and provide guidance and coaching to the sales team.

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years
• Education: bachelor of science in agriculture
