Regional Manager/AGM- Direct Sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Fire industry sector, focusing on corporate, institutional, and direct channels.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and pitches that resonate with clients' needs.
• Analyze sales performance data to optimize sales processes and improve customer engagement.
• Manage performance of team members through daily monitoring of activities
• Focus on both New business generation and existing customer segment retention.

Job Requirements :

• 12-20 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales within the fire safety industry.
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective relationship-building and strategic account planning.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales principles and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to senior executives.
