Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in branch management or operations management.
- Proven track record of achieving targets related to deposits, insurance sales, mutual fund sales, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively across multiple locations.
