Location: Canvey Island, Essex (SS8)
Position: Full-time, office-based

Join one of the UK's biggest live entertainment promoters!

At Entertainers, we live and breathe live entertainment. We're looking for a passionate, creative and driven Regional Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team at our headquarters on Canvey Island, Essex.

We're the 9th biggest concert promoter in the UK and 36th biggest in the world, delivering more than 2,500 live performances every year across the UK and internationally, with over 50 shows currently touring.

From spectacular concert productions and world-class tribute shows to theatrical experiences and international tours, we're behind some of the most exciting live entertainment on stages across the country and beyond.

If you're passionate about live events, love a fast-paced environment and want to see your marketing campaigns translate into thousands of people enjoying a brilliant night out, we'd love to hear from you!

About Entertainers

Entertainers is one of the UK's leading independent live entertainment producers and promoters, with more than 40 years of experience bringing exceptional live experiences to audiences.

We're a family-founded business with big ambitions, selling over one million tickets every year and producing and promoting some of the UK's best-loved touring shows.

What makes us different? We do almost everything in-house. From producing and booking shows to marketing, design, ticketing, production and logistics, our teams work together to bring live entertainment to life.

We're proud of our position as one of the biggest promoters in the country, but we're certainly not standing still. We're growing, developing new productions and expanding internationally - and we're looking for talented people to grow with us.

About the Role

As a Regional Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing activity for our shows across your assigned region or regions.

You'll be the key marketing contact for the venues within your area, working closely and professionally with their teams to ensure our shows receive the attention, promotion and support they deserve.

This is a hands-on role that combines campaign planning, relationship management, creativity and commercial thinking. You'll have ownership of your regions, identifying opportunities to increase awareness, reach new audiences and, ultimately, sell more tickets.

With a busy programme of touring productions, you'll be co-ordinating marketing activity across multiple shows and venues, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on time and to a consistently high standard.

Your Key Responsibilities

Regional Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns for all Entertainers productions touring within your assigned region(s).
  • Develop effective marketing plans that maximise awareness, audience engagement and ticket sales.
  • Take ownership of marketing activity across multiple venues, shows and performance dates.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are planned, launched and monitored effectively, from initial on-sale through to performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ticket sales, particularly for performances that require additional marketing support.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring activity delivers strong value and measurable results.
  • Work closely with our internal creative and digital teams to ensure venues have the assets, content and support they need.

Venue Relationships & Partnerships

  • Act as the primary marketing contact for venues within your assigned region(s).
  • Build, maintain and develop strong, professional relationships with venue marketing teams and key stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with venues to agree marketing plans, identify promotional opportunities and maximise ticket sales.
  • Maintain regular communication with venue teams, ensuring campaigns are progressing and commitments are being delivered.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for additional marketing activity, local partnerships, media coverage and audience development.
  • Represent Entertainers professionally and confidently in all communications with venues, suppliers and external partners.
  • Forge new relationships with local media, organisations and commercial partners to create additional promotional opportunities.

Performance & Commercial Growth

  • Regularly review ticket sales and marketing performance across your region(s).
  • Use sales data and campaign insights to identify opportunities, address underperforming dates and improve results.
  • Monitor marketing spend and ensure budgets are being used effectively.
  • Provide clear, regular updates and performance reports to the wider marketing team and senior management.
  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, finding creative and commercially effective ways to drive ticket sales.

Working Across the Business

  • Collaborate closely with our programming, creative, ticketing, operations and finance teams.
  • Ensure marketing activity is aligned with wider business objectives and individual show strategies.
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines across a busy and constantly evolving touring schedule.
  • Contribute ideas, share best practices and help improve how we market our productions nationally and internationally.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who's organised, commercially minded, enthusiastic and confident building relationships.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, venues and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership of your work and make things happen.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to a high standard.
  • Confidence working with data, budgets and performance reporting.
  • An understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • A genuine passion for live entertainment and an interest in the theatre and events industry.

Why Join Entertainers?

This is an opportunity to become part of one of the UK's most successful live entertainment companies at an incredibly exciting time in our growth.

You'll be working on some of the country's biggest touring productions, building relationships with theatres and venues across the UK, and playing a direct role in the commercial success of our shows.

We're a company where ideas are welcomed, people are trusted to take ownership and the work you do has a real, measurable impact.

And, of course, there aren't many marketing jobs where you can see the results of your hard work in a theatre full of people having the time of their lives!

Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you.

Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position at our headquarters on Canvey Island, Essex (SS8). Applicants should be within a reasonable commuting distance.
