Regional Master Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Master Trainer to join our team at the Asia Pacific Global Production Center (AP-GPC) in Chachoengsao. AP-GPC is Toyota's regional training hub in Thailand, dedicated to teaching manufacturing best practices and the Toyota Production System (TPS). This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in developing and delivering training programmes across the region.

As a Regional Master Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training initiatives that enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce. This role is integral to our commitment to continuous learning and development, ensuring that all employees have access to world-class training opportunities that support both personal growth and organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Production Trainers and provide basic training programs such as FST, SST, and TWI.
• Recruit, assess, and certify Production Trainers.
• Coordinate training activities using AP-GPC facilities and equipment.
• Develop Regional Master Trainers (RMT) and provide training support across the region.
• Support the development of intermediate and advanced maintenance capabilities.
• Develop innovative training programs and support future skill development.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• GPA of at least 2.50
• TOEIC score of at least 550
• 0–5 years of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome
• Experience in automotive machine maintenance, automation, or production engineering will be given special consideration.
