1. About Vigocare
Vigocare is an AI-powered cardiac rhythm intelligence company dedicated to eliminating preventable cardiac deaths caused by silent, undiagnosed electrical disorders of the heart. We bridge the gap of episodic tests by combining continuous cardiac monitoring with machine learning algorithms that analyze cardiac signals beat-by-beat to capture transient arrhythmias in real time. Partnering with leading healthcare institutions, cardiologists, and electrophysiologists across India, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, Vigocare delivers continuous clinical insights that streamline physician decision-making and elevate patient care.
2. Role Overview
The Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) serves as the core scientific and clinical bridge between Vigocare's AI rhythm intelligence platform and the clinical medical community. Operating as an autonomous individual contributor, this role leads peer-to-peer scientific engagements with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and hospital clinical leadership across enterprise healthcare accounts.
The RMA articulates the clinical value proposition of continuous arrhythmia monitoring, drives deep platform adoption, facilitates institutional research and registry collaborations, and serves as the clinical advisor to enterprise commercial teams.

· Collaborate with clinical teams to share clinical evidence, best practices, and practical workflows around continuous cardiac monitoring and rhythm intelligence.
Clinical Training & Field Enablement
· Design and deliver advanced clinical training programs for internal teams to master cardiac electrophysiology concepts, arrhythmia mechanics, remote monitoring operation, and compliant clinician engagement.
Medical Intelligence & Strategic Feedback
· Relay continuous medical intelligence and field insights regarding evolving cardiac guidelines, clinical workflows, and unmet monitoring needs back to executive leadership.
Clinical Studies Facilitation & KOL Alignment
· Map, cultivate, and maintain collaborative partnerships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and academic clinicians.
· Coordinate and facilitate hospital-sponsored clinical validation studies, observational registries, and clinical publication initiatives in alignment with institutional research partners.
· Support institutional research facilitation, academic MoUs, and publication co-development with external clinical investigators.
Enterprise Account Depth & Commercial Enablement
· Partner closely with enterprise commercial and business development teams as the clinical advisor in key client discussions to establish peer-to-peer clinical trust.
· Embed Vigocare's rhythm intelligence platform directly into hospital clinical workflows, accelerating platform usage, depth, and overall account retention.
