Regional Operation Manager (Jakarta HQ)

Job Responsibilities

1. Liaise with regional agents and be responsible for daily SI & ST management of agents.
2. Assist Regional Manager in daily operation management.
3. Support on team management, including tracking regional business target progress and individual performance of team members.
4. Assist in regional business management and implement regional grid-based operation.

Job Requirements

1. Sales experience in 3C electronics (mobile, tablet, wearables, accessories, PC) or home appliances; FMCG background is also acceptable.
2. Experience in offline regional sales management. Candidates who managed sales across one or multiple provinces are preferred.
3. Hands-on experience working with distributors/agents.
4. 3–10 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with less than 3 years but outstanding comprehensive competency may also be considered.
5. Team management experience; experience leading teams over 30 members is preferred.
6. Fluent English for daily work communication.
7. Accept nationwide job relocation; base location can be negotiated.
