Regional Operations Executive [EL]

Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, customers, and regional operations teams to ensure effective communication and smooth operational execution.

Support regional freight forwarding operations, with a focus on air freight or ocean freight and related transportation and logistics activities.

Manage stakeholder expectations, monitor project timelines, and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational process flowcharts to support consistent practices across regional operations.

Conduct operational training for internal teams and external stakeholders when required.

Collaborate with IT teams on system enhancements, integration requirements, and operational technology improvements.

Coordinate and support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue tracking for IT-related projects.

Provide support for daily operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate timely resolution.

Maintain and update regional SOPs to ensure alignment with customer requirements and internal operational standards.

Prepare and support daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports, including KPI tracking and performance updates.

Respond to customer enquiries and operational requests in a timely and professional manner.

Serve as a central coordination point for communications between customers, internal departments, and regional operational teams.

Coordinate process alignment between internal and external operations to improve service consistency and operational efficiency.

Work closely with the Operations Manager to identify improvement opportunities and implement operational enhancement initiatives.

Conduct internal operational briefings and training when new customer requirements or process changes are introduced.

Maintain effective customer relationships through clear communication, timely follow-up, and service coordination.

Provide ad hoc quotation support when required.

Undertake regional or overseas travel when necessary for business operations, project implementation, training, or stakeholder engagement.
