Regional Operations Executive – Philippines

About the role

The Regional Operations Executive will be based in Singapore and responsible for day-to-day operations management, store support, project implementation and business partner coordination across the Philippines. The role requires regular presence in the Philippines to conduct store visits, analyse operational performance, implement company standards and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, with the objective of improving store performance and strengthening brand operations within the market.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the day-to-day operations of stores in the Philippines and ensure compliance with the Company's operational standards, service procedures, product specifications and brand requirements
• Conduct regular store visits in the Philippines to review service quality, product quality, food safety, hygiene standards, equipment management, inventory control and staffing arrangements
• Identify operational issues, develop corrective action plans and follow up on their implementation and completion
• Assist in establishing and improving operational procedures, inspection standards, reporting systems and store management mechanisms for the Philippines market
• Collect and analyse store data, including sales revenue, customer traffic, average transaction value, product sales, gross profit, operating costs, wastage and customer feedback
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc operational performance reports
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between the Company and its local business partners, franchisees and store teams in the Philippines
• Coordinate and resolve matters relating to store operations, product supply, marketing activities, employee training and customer complaints
• Assist with site assessments, pre-opening preparations, renovations, equipment procurement, staff training, soft openings and official openings of new stores in the Philippines
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and other departments to support the smooth operation of the Philippines business

About you

• Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Food and Beverage Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related discipline
• At least two years of relevant experience in food and beverage, retail, chain-store operations or regional operations
• Experience in store operations, project coordination, business performance analysis or business partner management
• Ability to independently conduct store inspections, analyse operational issues, monitor corrective actions and prepare operational reports
• Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with local teams and business partners in the Philippines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proactive, responsible and results-oriented, with strong execution, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment and accommodate frequent overseas travel
• Must be willing and able to travel to the Philippines for approximately two to three weeks per month
• Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore and able to meet the applicable requirements for business travel to the Philippines
