Duties

• Oversee profit & loss analysis, ensuring financial targets are met through effective cost control and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Utilize Excel data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
• Manage project implementation related to process improvements, operational efficiencies, and new business development efforts.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Supervise operational activities across regions, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive team development initiatives including training programs, leadership coaching, and succession planning to build a resilient workforce.
• Oversee customer service standards to ensure exceptional client experiences across all locations.
• Implement lean management principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and maximize productivity.

Experience

• Proven management experience in a multi-site or regional operations environment with a track record of leading large teams effectively.
• Strong background in profit & loss management coupled with financial analysis skills using Excel or similar tools.
• Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning within a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in business development initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational expansion.
• Skilled in team leadership with a focus on team development, coaching, and fostering collaborative work environments.
• Knowledge of operational management best practices such as lean management principles and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent managerial communication skills capable of engaging executive-level teams and frontline staff alike.
• Familiarity with customer service excellence standards and implementing strategies that enhance client satisfaction.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $1,750,000.00 per year
