Regional Operations Manager

1.      Sales & Performance Management:

·         Monitor sales, productivity, and performance KPIs across areas and stores.

·         Work with Area Managers to develop and execute action plans to achieve 100% or above of sales targets.

·         Identify underperforming stores and implement improvement strategies.

Support new store openings with proper planning and merchandising.

2.      Store Operations & Visual Standards:

·         Ensure consistent customer service standards across all stores.

·         Oversee implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional displays, and visual merchandising standards.

·         Align store layouts & presentation to maximize customer engagement.

·         Monitor frequency and quality of store visits by Area Managers and adjust as needed.

3.      Merchandising & Inventory:

·         Coordinate with teams to ensure the right product mix and stock levels.

·         Review store profiles to match merchandise with customer preferences.

·         Monitor stock availability, transfers, and promotional layouts.

·         Provide feedback on inventory discrepancies and loss prevention measures.

4.      Team Leadership & Talent Development:

·         Lead and coach Area Managers, ensuring they are well-trained and aligned with company goals.

·         Monitor staff performance and implement performance appraisals regularly.

·         Ensure training programs are in place for sales staff, supervisors, and store management.

·         Ensure proper onboarding, training, for store operations.

5.      Coordination & Reporting:

·         Communicate regularly with the Retail Manager and HQ departments to align strategies.

·         Attend regular meetings and ensure Area Managers are aligned with branding, HR, and operations updates.

6.      Ad-Hoc Duties

Perform other tasks, assignments, duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
