REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

About the role

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that all restaurant outlets operate smoothly and consistently according to company standards. The role requires regular outlet visits, hands-on supervision, strong problem-solving skills, and immediate action whenever operational issues arise. We run and operate a multi chain restaurant under the brand Khulafa.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all outlets.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure customers are served promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times, including dining areas, kitchens, toilets, equipment, and staff hygiene.
• Conduct regular outlet inspections to ensure company SOPs, cleanliness standards, food handling procedures, and operational requirements are followed.
• Identify and resolve operational problems involving staff, service, equipment, maintenance, supplies, or other outlet-related matters.
• Take ownership of operational issues and follow through until the problem is fully resolved.
• Supervise and guide outlet supervisors, PICs, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure sufficient manpower and proper staff deployment according to outlet requirements and peak periods.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints appropriately and ensure recurring issues are addressed.
• Regularly visit outlets, including during peak periods, to monitor actual operating conditions.

• Relevant experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Hands-on and proactive working attitude.
• Able to travel between multiple outlets.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for resolving operational problems.
• Willing to work flexible hours when operationally required.
