Regional Operations Manager - Explosives

Title: Regional Operations Manager - Explosives Manufacturing

Location: Washington (travel across PNW)

Compensation: $115k-$125k + Bonus + Additional Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Oversee safety, security, regulatory compliance, audits, and risk management
• Lead, coach, and develop employees, including setting KPIs, managing performance, hiring, and succession planning
• Ensure legal, ethical, and company standards are consistently followed across locations and job sites
• Manage inventory, equipment, assets, budgets, personnel utilization, and operating costs
• Coordinate site openings, closures, setups, and asset deployment
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and communicate findings
• Manage vendors, negotiate requirements, monitor expenses, and support the development and enforcement of SOPs
• Maintain strong knowledge of product handling, storage, transportation, and related safety requirements

Requirements :

• Must have multi-site manufacturing leaderships experience
• Must have ATF, regulatory compliance, and audit experience
• Strong operational, analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Proven experience hiring employees and managing performance and accountability
