Regional Operations Manager for VisMin

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the attainment of total sales budget, business growth and overall profitability through innovation, effective leadership, project management plans, customer service, and excellent execution of all strategies across all store formats. Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures through effective planning, coordinating, leading, and controlling store operations/functions at all times.

This role focuses on:

• Evaluating O+O (online and offline) customer service standards and implementing strategies to promote a consistent and positive customer experience
• Driving, monitoring, and reviewing sales performance and recommending action plans to deliver the sales budget across all store formats
• Analyzing and initiating measures to drive profitability through effective cost management
• Ensuring consistency in implementation of plans and adherence to company policies and standards
• Responding to and activating crisis management and business continuity protocols; recommending improvements as needed
• Identifying, creating, implementing, and monitoring team performance, development, and engagement

Success will depend on:

• Ability to analyze store financial data and take measures to improve store revenue and margin
• Ability to create programs and strategies to drive store format performance and promote consistent and positive customer experience
• Ability to proactively create and improve online and offline systems and processes
• Ability to lead digital initiative projects, identify risks, and monitor progress
• Ability to recommend local store marketing initiatives
• Ability to lead projects to improve division workforce performance
• Ability to liaise with support groups to prompt action and achieve division goals/strategy
• Ability to lead, manage resources, motivate a diverse team, and delegate effectively
