We are actively recruiting an entrepreneurial, results-driven Regional Operations Manager to lead operations for Bontrager Pools. As a core member of our executive leadership team reporting directly to the CEO, you will take complete ownership of the P&L, operations, sales, and strategic growth for the business.

Position Summary

As Regional Operations Manager, you will lead department heads, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth across multiple divisions (service, maintenance, and construction). This role is ideal for an experienced business leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at operational excellence, and fosters a high-performance, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to establish long-term business strategies, operational goals, and profitability targets.
• Take full accountability for the financial performance (P&L), operational efficiency, and revenue expansion of the business.
• Analyze market trends and changing industry conditions to implement strategies that capitalize on new growth opportunities.

Operations & Team Management

• Oversee daily operations across sales, field service, facility management, and asset utilization.
• Directly manage, mentor, and develop department heads and key leadership personnel; scale the team as the business grows.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels in coordination with HR, supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee retention.
• Foster a safe, ethical, and collaborative work culture grounded in continuous improvement and high integrity.

Customer Experience & Growth

• Drive sales and growth initiatives by expanding product offerings, service programs, and customer touchpoints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers, commercial clients, and major vendors/suppliers.
• Oversee high-level problem resolution with customers and suppliers to ensure top-tier service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required.
• Experience: 7–10+ years of progressive business management experience, ideally within service-based, trade, or construction-related industries.
• Executive Track Record: Proven experience managing P&L across multi-division operations with full financial accountability.
• Leadership: Strong track record of hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams while maintaining high operational and ethical standards.
• Operational Acumen: Proficiency in process automation, resource allocation, and implementing data-driven operational improvements.
• Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Requirements: Valid Driver's License and ability to meet on-site attendance requirements at designated company locations.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
