An established and growing provider of services for children and families is hiring a Regional Performance Lead to take responsibility for a large regional operation.

The opportunity

This is a Regional Performance Lead position with a clear focus on commercial growth, stakeholder management and people leadership.

You’ll lead approximately 9 Quality Service Delivery Managers, empowering them to perform while creating clear accountability for results across the region.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive commercial growth and regional performance
• Lead, coach and develop experienced managers
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Oversee performance across approximately 100 sites
• Set clear expectations and drive accountability
• Identify commercial and operational improvement opportunities
• Support consistently high standards across the region

• Significant multi-site operations experience
• Experience leading and developing managers
• Strong commercial and growth mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and confident leadership style
• Ability to empower teams while driving accountability

You don’t need to come directly from childcare or education. We’re also interested in leaders from healthcare, homecare, sports organisations and other multi-site service businesses.

This role offers a hybrid working pattern , typically with two days per week in the Kinsale office, with flexibility depending on business needs.
