REGIONAL PROJECT SUPERVISOR -SOLAR

• Supervise and coordinate solar installation projects within the assigned region.
• Plan daily project activities and allocate work to technicians, welders, and installation teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per company standards.
• Coordinate with the sales, engineering, procurement, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to inspect work progress, installation quality, and safety compliance.
• Ensure the availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower at project sites.
• Coordinate with customers regarding installation schedules, site readiness, and project updates.
• Identify and resolve site-level technical and operational issues.
• Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and maintain proper stock records at project sites.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and company procedures.
• Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports and submit them to management.
• Coordinate with the service team for pending work, customer complaints, and post-installation issues.
• Maintain proper documentation, including site reports, work completion reports, and installation records.
• Support the regional sales team with site inspections, feasibility assessments, and technical coordination when required.
• Travel within the assigned region to supervise projects and coordinate field operations.
• Perform other project-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
