About the Role

The Max Group is looking for a responsible, organized, and resourceful Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental properties.

This is a hands-on operations role. We are looking for someone who can communicate professionally, manage multiple properties, and most importantly — solve problems and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of STR, MTR, and LTR properties
• Handle Airbnb guest and tenant communication
• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, move-ins, and move-outs
• Manage maintenance requests and troubleshoot property issues
• Coordinate cleaners, technicians, contractors, and other vendors
• Assist with tenant inquiries, screening, leasing, and renewals
• Communicate property updates and solutions to owners
• Conduct or coordinate property inspections
• Monitor listings, reservations, and rental operations
• Follow up on issues until they are fully resolved

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management, real estate, hospitality, or related experience
• Airbnb / short-term rental experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Airbnb, PriceLabs, Buildium, Zillow, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and properties simultaneously
• Professional and friendly when communicating with owners, tenants, and guests
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable learning and using new technology

AI & Technology

We actively use technology and AI tools such as ChatGPT in our daily operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI for research, troubleshooting, drafting communications, organizing information, and improving work efficiency.

When a tenant reports a problem, the right candidate knows how to gather information, identify possible solutions, coordinate the right people, communicate clearly, and follow through until the issue is resolved.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
