About the role

Nephro Specialist of Mandaue Diagnostic Center is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Regional Purchaser to manage procurement, supplier evaluations, and inventory workflows. In this role, you will analyze suppliers, execute cost-benefit analyses, negotiate contracts, and coordinate logistics to ensure the facility operates seamlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Assess suppliers by examining products, reviewing operations, and interviewing key decision-makers to determine the best choices for the facility
• Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses, negotiate pricing and logistical agreements, and execute purchasing strategies strictly aligned with facility budgets and operational needs
• Finalize logistical details, establish precise delivery amounts and timelines, and maintain meticulous records of purchases, shipping, and receiving
• Monitor warehouse and stockroom inventory levels to re-order items proactively before they run out of stock
• Oversee and report monthly petty cash flows, attend industry trade shows for networking and trend research, and provide relief coverage for billing, collection, administrative, or maintenance duties when necessary

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word), the internet, and accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Working knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, accounts receivable/billing processes, and foundational logistics principles
• Strong communication, customer service, and client relationship-building skills
• Excellent analytical and time-management capabilities
• High attention to detail
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure
