Regional Quality Manager - Data Center Design, Engineering & Construction

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Quality Manager - Data Center Design Engineering & Construction to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor quality program metrics for project performance evaluation
• Mentor and build collaborative teams among on-site construction quality teams
• Establish efficient processes for effective cross-functional communication
• Lead quality teams and serve as a liaison among design, construction, and operations
• Guide general contractor staff on the Quality program
• Train personnel on quality procedures and responsibilities
• Audit quality activities and assess conformance to quality procedures

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality control & quality assurance (QA/QC) and/or commissioning for data centers or mission critical projects
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build programs
• Familiar with civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines
• Proven ability in leading QA/QC programs
• Experience dealing with contractor, consultant, and vendor management
• In-depth knowledge of critical power and cooling infrastructure
