You will get the opportunity to advise global companies in their human resource strategies and to build relationships with their senior management. In addition to knowing the recruitment needs of our clients, it is important for an experienced consultant to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and working culture. A number of International companies have an Asian headquarter in Singapore with regional hiring needs. A key part of this role is to work with clients to ensure their regional hiring needs in the Asia Pacific region are met.

The selected consultants will have the opportunity to partner with and learn from the best recruiters in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Clients: Business development and establishing a trusting partnership with new/existing Corporate clients in the Asia region. A crucial part of the role is ensuring that Charterhouse effectively partners with our clients in their manpower resourcing needs.
• Candidates: Staying close to the senior pool of candidates so that you can identify the best talent for your clients.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant recruitment and/or corporate industry experiences.
• Business acumen to develop business strategies and to have the continued drive to execute your plans.
• Ability to build genuine long-term relationships with our clients and candidates.
• Passion and maturity to network with the professional senior working community.

Pay range and compensation package

• Additionally, you will be paid a competitive high base salary and the opportunity to make unlimited performance commissions/bonuses. For our best consultants, they are rewarded with annual global incentive holidays to exotic locations and to network with their top international counterparts.
