Regional Sales Development Manager

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales professional to join our team in Chennai. This role focuses on driving business growth through strategic partnerships, institutional sales, B2B client acquisition, and promoting our Gold Coin products and gifting solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• New Business Acquisition: Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities for bulk purchases, gifting, and strategic collaborations.
• Approach potential clients including jewelry retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, exporters, and diamond traders.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Sales & Strategy: Drive institutional sales for festivals and employee rewards programs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and lead negotiations to achieve defined sales targets.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps.
• Internal Coordination: Work with store operations, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders and timely service delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Based in Chennai with strong local market knowledge.
    - Experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.
    - Open to travel as per work requirements.
