Regional Sales Director, APAC

About us

We are an onsite outsourcing business operating across six APAC markets — Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and South Korea — with roughly 800 people delivering services directly on client sites. We operate across three service lines: Facilities Management (reception, mailroom, front of house, event staffing, and workplace services), Logistics (IT asset management, warehouse systems, and related support), and Managed Resources (outcome-based teams for large clients, including a major content-checking program spanning several APAC markets).

About the role

This is a newly scoped regional leadership seat with real budget and growth behind it, including a new-country entry already underway. You'll own the sales strategy, pipeline, and commercial standards across all six APAC markets, and take on a portfolio of existing key accounts and channel partnerships, with ownership of their retention, renewal, and growth. This is a build-and-influence role: you'll set the commercial disciplines, coach a small regional sales team, and move the business from referral-led selling toward a structured, qualified pipeline, working through Area Managers rather than a direct sales force. You'll have visibility to the CEO and global commercial leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional sales strategy, pipeline, and commercial standards across six APAC markets
• Manage existing key accounts and channel partnerships; own their retention, renewal, and growth
• Lead and coach market-level sales activity through influence, working with Area Managers who hold day-to-day management of local teams
• Build a small regional sales team and introduce real pipeline discipline — CRM, forecasting, QBRs, and tender/renewal process — in place of referral-led selling
• Lead multi-year, multi-country contract negotiations and renewals
• Represent the business with marquee clients and partners, including global names in property services and technology
• Support a planned new-country market entry and future expansion
• Travel regularly across APAC time zones to support markets and clients directly

About you

• 10+ years in B2B outsourcing, workplace/facilities services, logistics, or corporate services sales
• Track record of selling and growing multi-year, multi-country outsourcing contracts — solution and outcome-based selling, not one-off placements
• Experience running QBRs, tenders, and contract renewals in a managed-services context
• Proven ability to lead sales performance through influence in a matrixed organization, without solid-line authority
• Multi-market APAC experience, including developing markets
• Comfort and credibility operating in a mid-market/specialist outsourcing environment (rather than large IT BPO scale)
