Regional Sales Engineer

About the role

The Regional Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and managing sales in the Asia Pacific, Europe region of Hydrogen Fuel Cell products and solutions. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, agile, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Prepare and present compelling proposals of company's products and services to prospective clients
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address clients' requirements
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, client needs, and the competitive landscape
• Manage end-to-end project coordination, ensuring smooth delivery and customer's satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Respond swiftly and decisively to shifting client needs and market dynamics, demonstrating sound judgment

About you

• Experience in engineering background, Mechanical & Electrical, or related industrial sectors preferred
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), or related Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in Regional Sales Role or equivalent
• A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for success
• Experience conducting market research and translating insights into actionable sales strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong sales acumen with a results-oriented mindset and solid business judgment
• Excellent communication and writing skills, both verbal and written in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office and common business software tools
• Effective project management and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail
