About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to oversee regional revenue, sales growth, and operational performance. You will be responsible for translating corporate strategy into execution across key accounts and distributor networks, optimizing distribution channels, managing financial budgets, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational & Sales Leadership: Drive revenue, availability, distribution, and profitability goals across the assigned region. Lead distribution, merchandising, and promotional executions.
• Distributor & Channel Management: Optimize distribution models to lower costs, maximize market penetration, and shorten delivery times. Manage channel relationships, resolve conflicts, and conduct bi-monthly business reviews with key distributor owners.
• Team Development & Coaching: Lead and develop the Customer Development team through regular field coaching, training programs, and structured performance reviews to elevate them as business consultants.
• Business & Financial Management: Track weekly sales performance, analyze market trends, and manage trade program budgets within Cost-to-Sales Ratio (CSR) guidelines. Oversee inventory replenishment, P&L analysis, and bad order management.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Implement innovative shelf-replenishment solutions and execute contingency plans for stock management during adverse market events.
