Regional Sales Manager

About the role

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets, leading and coaching the Cebu sales team, and building relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. You will identify new business opportunities, monitor market and competitor activities, and handle negotiations to support the team in closing major accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets
• Lead, coach, and manage the Cebu sales team
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market/competitor activities
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and team KPIs
• Handle negotiations and support the team in closing major accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and proper execution of sales operations
• Conduct regular client visits and field activities as required

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably with team-handling experience
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing business
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of B2B sales, project selling, and account management
• Experience in sales and operational management is an advantage
• Willing to work full onsite in Cebu and conduct regular client/site visits
