Job Description

ZAKKAA Home Decor is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, dealer expansion and channel development across Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
• Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network.
• Achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new dealers, distributors and market opportunities.
• Lead, guide and monitor the regional sales team.
• Build strong relationships with key channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
• Ensure effective product distribution and market coverage.
• Submit regular sales forecasts, reports and market insights to management.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 7–15 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong experience in home appliances, electronics, electrical products or consumer durables.
• Proven experience in dealer/distributor and channel sales.
• Strong knowledge of Punjab's retail and distribution market.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
