Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for achieving sales targets and strengthening market presence within the assigned territory by effectively managing and expanding the channel network (distributors, dealers, and retailers from products like Solar inverter, lithium Batteries, Solar panel, EV Chargers etc.) through leading the team from the front.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Growth

Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Drive primary and secondary sales through existing and new partners.

Execute regional strategies to enhance revenue, profitability, and market reach.

2. Channel Management

Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers across key markets.

Ensure strong market coverage across urban and rural areas.

Monitor stock levels, product availability, collections, and credit compliance.

3. Partner Development

Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and dealer engagements.

Implement trade schemes, incentives, and promotional activities to drive performance and loyalty.

Qualification

Bachelors Degree (MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred)Role & responsibilities
