Key Responsibilities
*Drive sales, profitability, and collections across the assigned region.
*Develop and expand the distributor & dealer network.
*Lead, mentor, and review Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
*Execute state-wise annual and monthly sales plans.
*Strengthen key customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
*Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and procurement for seamless operations.
*Ensure compliance with pricing, credit, and company policies.
*Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the Business Head.

What We're Looking For -
*Proven experience in Channel Sales in Rajasthan & Gujrat.
*Strong dealer/distributor development expertise.
*Excellent leadership, negotiation, and planning skills.
*Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel.
*Ability to drive business growth and build high-performing teams.
