We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Regional Managers to join our Sales & Marketing Department for the following regions:

North | West | South India

Position: Regional Manager – Sales & Marketing

Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: Negotiable
Work Location: Regional / Assigned Location

Product Knowledge Required

Candidates should have strong knowledge and experience in sales/marketing of products such as:

• Busbar
  • Fine Gauge Wire
  • Enamel / Winding Wire
  • CTC (Continuously Transposed Conductor)
  • PV Ribbon

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned region
  • Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and market potential
  • Manage distributors, dealers and key accounts
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and order execution
  • Drive customer acquisition, business growth and long-term partnerships

Candidate Profile

5–10 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing
Strong understanding of electrical/conductor products and applications
Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
