Regional Sales Promotion Manager – Jabodetabek & West Java

We are looking for a Regional Sales Promotion Manager to lead sales performance and distributor execution across Jabodetabek and West Java. The role will drive regional growth through strong team leadership, market analysis, distributor management, and disciplined execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Set team targets and annual work plans, including territory development and manpower planning.

·       Achieve agreed sales targets and monitor team performance weekly and monthly.

·       Analyze market trends and competitor activities and develop appropriate sales strategies.

·       Maintain strong relationships with customers, outlets, and distributors.

·       Present sales performance and market dynamics to management.

·       Conduct regular distributor performance reviews.

·       Analyze sales data and prepare improvement plans based on performance trends.

·       Lead and develop the regional sales team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

·       Bachelor's degree in any major.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and distribution within consumer goods.

·       Minimum 3 years as a Regional Sales Promotion Manager handling Jabodetabek and West Java, able to speak chinese is a plus.

·       Strong team leadership and people management skills.

·       Strong data analysis and strategic thinking capabilities.

·       Established database/network of potential distributors and outlets.

·       Initiative, accountability, discipline, and integrity.

·       Willing to travel out of town as required.

·       Willing to be based in Muara Baru, North Jakarta.
