Regional Sales Representative

We’re looking for a commercially driven, bilingual Regional Sales Representative to support business growth across Eastern Canada.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to strengthen customer relationships, develop new business, and build a long-term career in field sales.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and grow sales through the electrical distributor channel across Quebec.
• Build strong relationships with distributor branch managers, sales teams, and contractors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer partnerships.
• Promote a broad portfolio of products and drive market share growth.
• Execute regional sales initiatives, monitor market trends, and develop a strong sales pipeline.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or a related industry.
• Full professional fluency in French and English , both written and spoken.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and business development skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to manage a broad territory independently.
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout Eastern Canada.
