Regional Security Officer

The position is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day security operations within the region. The position is also responsible for conducting risk, threat, and vulnerability assessment (RTVA) to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees security operations, including policy implementation, planning, and continuous improvement.
• Conducts risk, threat, and vulnerability assessments and leads incident response and investigations.
• Coordinates with law enforcement and intelligence agencies for security support and information gathering.
• Manages and evaluates security personnel through training, inspections, and performance monitoring.
• Ensures protection of confidential information, regulatory compliance, and overall organizational security readiness.

Job Qualifications:

• College Graduate and preferably Criminology, Political Science or Any related course pertaining on Law Enforcement.
• Ex. Military, Policemen and other Law Enforcement Agencies with good credentials.
• 5 years experience in security administration and operations
• Certified Security Professional (CSP) or equivalent
• Knowledgeable on Investigation, Risk, Threat and Vulnerability Assessment
• Can Drive 4-Wheel and 2-Wheel Vehicle
• Willing to do field work
