What You’ll Do
- Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment safely and within the approved scope of work.
- Document findings, completed work, measurements, and photos to support repairs and future service.
- Communicate with customers and provide guidance on safe equipment operation and routine care.
- Visit customers, identify service opportunities, and support quarterly service-sales goals when the service schedule allows. The Service Manager handles pricing and proposals.
- Keep your company vehicle, tools, and service base organized, secure, and ready for work.
What You’ll Bring
- Practical troubleshooting skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage your time and work independently.
- Construction, equipment-service, mechanical, electrical, or specialty-product experience preferred.
- Experience with service tools, lifts, ladders, and trailers, plus the ability to learn mobile apps and digital service documentation.
- A valid driver’s license, a clean and insurable driving record, and the ability to safely tow a trailer.
- Ability to pass required background checks and meet customer jobsite access requirements.
- Ability to work at heights, perform physical service work, and handle materials or tools weighing up to 75 pounds, with assistance or lifting equipment when appropriate.
