Regional Social Worker/Integrated Community Development Program Coordinator

The Regional Social Worker/Integrated Community Development Program Regional Coordinator based in Urdaneta, Pangasinan is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of community programs within the Northen Luzon Region. This role involves coordinating with local teams, ensuring program goals are met, and fostering relationships with community stakeholders. He/she shall also provide technical assistance, where needed as well as coordinate and deliver social services within the said region.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Registered Social Worker
• At least 1 year work experience in case management and community development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and networking and collaboration abilities
• Proficient in the English language (written and oral)
• Good critical thinking skills resulting to making sound judgement in a timely manner
• Output oriented - able to work in a busy environment and produce deliverables on time
• Well-organized, willing to learn and has keen attention to details
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Can work effectively both in a team and independently
• A person of integrity, accountability and confidentiality
• Supportive of The Salvation Army's vision and mission
• Willing to work in an office setting and in the field/community
