Regional Supervisor

Office Care, Inc. is an established commercial cleaning company with over 100 employees looking for a reliable, hands-on Regional Supervisor. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in leadership, organization, and keeping facilities spotless. Office Care, Inc. serves large commercial clients of various industries and government entities at local, county, state, and federal levels.

This is a full-time position with flexibility needed to be successful as various clients have varrying hours of service. Typical hours will be 8 hours per day afternoons and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support janitorial staff across assigned accounts
• Communicate clearly with employees and management in English and Spanish
• Perform scheduled site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Train new hires and coach team members for performance improvement
• Manage teams, coverage, and supply needs
• Respond promptly to issues, call-outs, and special requests
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients when needed

Top Requirements:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous janitorial or facilities supervision experience preferred
• Strong leadership, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work evenings, nights, or weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
