Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma

Experience: 5+ years in Electronic Security

Role Overview

As Regional Team Lead – Projects & Support, you will manage integration, testing, execution, and handover of enterprise security projects across assigned regions. This is a technical and leadership role requiring strong team handling, project ownership, and on-site delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead installation and configuration of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, Boom Barriers, Turnstiles, and related systems.

• Interpret project scope and ensure high-quality, timely execution.

• Manage vendor coordination and site-level supervision.

• Ensure proper documentation, project handover, and invoicing protocols.

• Handle field device termination, cable dressing, commissioning, and system optimization.

• Provide regular updates to Project Managers; escalate when necessary.

• Represent VELAN in client interactions with clarity and professionalism.

• Mentor junior team members and uphold delivery standards.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience in ELV/security project execution.

• Working knowledge of brands like Genetec, Milestone, Bosch, Axis, Pelco.

• Proven team leadership and client-handling skills.

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
