Regional Technical Manager(Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to European distributors, dealers, and authorized service centers, troubleshooting product issues related to hardware, software, electrical, and mechanical systems.
2. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through remote support and on-site visits, coordinating with R&D and quality teams when necessary.
3. Develop and deliver technical training to service partners, improving their product knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and service capabilities.
4. Support the implementation of after-sales service processes and technical standards across European markets.
5. Collect and analyze field issues, identify recurring product failures, and provide feedback to R&D and quality teams to drive product improvements.
6. Handle escalated technical cases and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
7. Travel within Europe as required to provide on-site technical support, training, and service partner assistance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in technical support, field service engineering, or product troubleshooting, preferably in robotics, smart hardware, outdoor power equipment, or related industries.
3. Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, with a good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software-related technical issues.
4. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, customer orientation, and the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
6. Previous experience supporting distributors, dealers, or overseas service networks is preferred.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
