Regional Training Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Support talent acquisition and own end-to-end onboarding for MedComms talent to minimise time to independence.

• Build role-based learning paths (e.g., editor, medical writer, QC reviewer) using self-study, live sessions, and on-the-job practice.

• Train teams on global agency ways of working (deliverables, workflows, review cycles, and client expectations).

• Design and facilitate training on editorial skills, MedComms fundamentals, client expectations, SOPs, and responsible AI-enabled delivery.

• Curate and maintain a learning library.

• Measure effectiveness (time to independence, quality indicators, feedback) and iterate the programme.

Job Requirements :

• 6-18 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or any Medical writing Agency or related field.
• Strong understanding of medical writing, scientific communication, and product knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven track record of developing successful training programs for Medical Writers.
