Registered ABA Technician

At ABA Child Services, we are looking for caring and ambitious Registered Behavior Technicians with minimum 1-year experience to provide in-home services for children and teens. We are currently looking for candidates to work in Braidwood, IL.

We also have part-time afternoon positions available (10-15 hours per week).

Responsibilities include:

• Work one-on-one with clients to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plan as developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data during sessions (includes daily progress notes, program modifications and parent signature)
• Be responsive to the needs of clients and their families
• Maintain professionalism and respect for clients at all times

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Bachelor's degree or pursuit of degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Sociology, Social Work or related field or equivalent life experience
• Previous experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or Behavioral Therapy
• Knowledge and experience with various ABA methodologies
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
