Registered Acupuncturist

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Registered Acupuncturist to join our multidisciplinary team at Lantzville Wellness Centre. This position offers an excellent opportunity to establish and grow your practice within a collaborative healthcare environment alongside Physiotherapists and Registered Massage Therapists. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing acupuncture treatments based on clients' needs and goals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Educating clients on treatment plans, self-care strategies, and wellness practices.
• Collaborating with Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to support optimal client outcomes.
• Maintaining professional standards and complying with all regulatory and ethical requirements.
• Building and maintaining positive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Contributing to a professional, welcoming, and patient-centred clinic environment.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

• Registration and membership in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC).
• Eligibility to practice as a Registered Acupuncturist in British Columbia.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and acupuncture skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A professional, compassionate, and patient-centred approach to care.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in private practice is considered an asset.
