Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in treatment delivery
• Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions accurately using electronic health records (EHR) management systems
• Engage clients through motivating activities that promote skill acquisition across communication, social, daily living, and adaptive behaviors
• Collaborate with team members to modify strategies based on client progress and changing needs
• Support clients with co-occurring disorders by integrating techniques from addiction counseling, psychiatric patient care, and gender issues counseling when appropriate
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment that respects clients’ dignity and promotes positive behavioral change.

Requirements

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or eligibility to obtain certification prior to employment
• Fluent in Arabic
• Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and disabilities preferred
• Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging clients of diverse backgrounds
• Compassionate attitude with a commitment to ethical standards in behavioral health practice
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development related to art therapy, co-occurring disorders, and other relevant fields
