Position Overview

We are seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, clinic, and community settings.

Not yet an RBT? That's okay! We welcome qualified candidates who are interested in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians. Our BCBA-led team will provide guidance, training, and support as you work toward your RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and other functional skills.
• Support children in learning new skills and reducing challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Participate in training, supervision, and feedback sessions.
• Follow ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children, individuals with autism, or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• RBT certification is welcome but not required for consideration.
• Willingness to complete required training and pursue RBT certification, if applicable.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned client locations.
• Strong communication skills, patience, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to complete required background checks and meet applicable employment requirements.
