We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic team and support children on the autism spectrum ages 2 to 6 years old in a structured, fun, supportive, and collaborative environment. Here's What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Work in-clinic with consistent schedules
• Follow treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect simple data and track progress
• Receive paid training and strong clinical support

• $20-$24 per hour

Requirements What do you need?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and engage in physical play for extended periods up to 6-8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
• Ability to physically support clients when needed for safety.
